Terms & Conditions

ORDERS:	Submit orders via FAX (24 hours per day), Phone, EDI, E-Mail or mail with signed Purchase Order. Please state Part Number, Description, Pricing, Routing and requested Shipping Date.
DEPOSITS:	Custom Orders require a 50% deposit. Custom products are not subject to return.
TERMS:	Prices are F.O.B. origin. Net due 10 days. On Established customers, Net due 30 days. Invoices not paid within 30 days from the Invoice Date are considered delinquent and a Finance Charge of 1-1/2% per month (Annual Percentage rate of 18%) will be charged on past due accounts. AK, Ltd. will not ship merchandise to a customer who has an Invoice that is still unpaid after 45 days after date of shipment. In the event that suit or action is required to enforce the terms of this contract, the prevailing party shall be awarded its responsible cost and attorney fees.
FREIGHT CLAIMS:	AK, Ltd. inspects all goods leaving our facility and the carrier accepts them as being in good condition. Upon arrival at destination, customers need immediately inspect each item for possible damage. In the event you discover damage, keep all the original packing materials and call AK, Ltd. Customer Service.
ALLOWANCES:	It is standard on Custom designed products and Silk Screened orders to have a +/-10% variance on the final quantity.
RETURNS:	All returns of merchandise to AK, Ltd. must be authorized in writing by AK, Ltd. Freight on returns is the responsibility of the customer and must be returned in the original shipping container. Returned goods are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. No returns accepted after 30 days from Invoice date. Custom Products and Custom Imprinted orders are NOT returnable nor refundable.
WARRANTY:	Our products are warranted to be free from defects. Our only obligation to the commercial or end user will be at our option, to replace any portion proving defective or to refund the purchase price thereof. The user assumes all other risks, if any, such as the risk of any direct or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of, or inability to use, a product. We make this warranty to the user in lieu of the warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and all other warranties, express or implied. No deviation is authorized. 90 day warranty on all parts.
NOTE:	Since AK, Ltd. has a policy of continuous product improvement, we reserve the right to change specifications and design without notice. We reserve the right to Invoice at prices in effect at time of shipment. Please allow 2-6 weeks shipment from order placement.
